Penelope

Penelope has just learnt to wave, blow kisses and she’s particularly proud of her high five! She’s in a busy foster placement with lots of older children and she thrives on the noise and laughter of a full home. Penelope is meeting all of her milestones and there are currently no concerns about her development.

Penelope was removed at birth due to her mum’s significant mental health concerns. She has an older brother who was also removed and he has now been adopted. Penelope needs a family who help her to keep a relationship with her brother as she gets older, as well as her maternal grandmother.
