Jade is a relinquished baby and has received excellent care being placed with an experienced carer following her birth.

Jade’s birth father is unknown. Jade has received excellent care being placed with an experienced carer following her birth. She enjoys being on her play mat, doing "tummy time" and having her milk. Her carer says she has been really easy to care for. She wakes two or three times a night for her bottle. Jade has been put on a plan of fostering for adoption. She needs a family who are able to maintain a contact plan with her birth family, and accept the uncertainty regarding paternal heritage/health.
