Samuel is happy little boy that loves Fireman Sam, dancing to music and playing his toy guitar.

Samuel has a genetic disorder that means that he is likely to experience delay in his development. He is currently non-verbal but is making huge progress with his foster carers and when attending nursery. Adopters will need to be able to accept uncertainties around his medical condition and be able to give him a stable, loving home environment in which he can thrive.
