Hannah

Hannah loves going to the local park to feed the ducks. She enjoys snuggles with her foster carers and reading stories. The Gruffalo is her favourite.

Hannah is a happy little girl who sleeps through the night and enjoys trying new foods.  She lived for a brief period with her birth parents but since then has been in a stable foster placement. Her parents have learning difficulties but there is not expected to be any health or developmental impact on Hannah. Adopters will be expected to maintain a relationship with the birth family.
