Clara

Clara is only a few weeks old. We are looking for adopters to care for Clara as an early permanence placement.

Early permanence or “foster for adoption” means that a family welcomes Clara to their home first as foster carers, until the Court proceedings are complete and she can be legally adopted by them.

Clara’s birth mum had a difficult childhood and as an adult has significant mental health needs. She recognises that although she loves Clara very much, Clara will be best placed with a family who can offer her the stability and nurture she will need.

We need an adoptive family who will maintain direct contact with Clara’s birth mum and accept any uncertainties around Clara’s development.
